2. Client Responsibility

By purchasing from The Cardology Advantage, LLC:

- You acknowledge that your results depend entirely on your personal choices, implementation, consistency, and life circumstances.

- You are solely responsible for your emotional, mental, relational, and practical decisions.

- You agree that no product or service guarantees any specific outcome (personal, relational, financial, or otherwise).

- You understand that our tools are interpretive and reflective, not predictive or prescriptive.

3. No Therapeutic or Professional Relationship

By purchasing any product or service:

- You acknowledge that Skye Frank and The Cardology Advantage team are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychologists, attorneys, financial advisors, or medical professionals.

- You agree not to use any product or service as a substitute for therapy, counseling, mental health care, financial planning, or legal advice.

- You understand that any intuitive, spiritual, or energetic insight provided is not clinically or professionally regulated guidance.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through The Cardology Advantage—including books, apps, digital products, courses, recordings, videos, written materials, guides, graphics, and website content—remains the sole property of The Cardology Advantage, LLC.

You may NOT:

- Copy

- Reproduce

- Download

- Screen record

- Distribute

- Share

- Publish

- Resell

- Repurpose

any material without express written permission from the Company.

Violation may result in immediate removal from programs and legal action.

5. Confidentiality & Conduct

To protect the integrity of our community:

- You agree not to share personal stories, private information, or identities of other members.

- You agree not to misuse app content, private insights, readings, or discussions.

- You agree to treat all community spaces with respect and follow posted guidelines.

- The Company reserves the right to remove any user who violates community standards or engages in harmful behavior.

Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

6. Access & Membership Terms

Depending on your purchase, you may receive access to:

- Digital content

- Apps

- Online courses

- Membership communities

- Monthly or annual subscription services

You understand:

- Access continues only while your membership is active.

- Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund payments already made.

- If membership lapses, access to associated materials is revoked.

7. Refund Policy (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

All sales are final.

Due to the instant, digital, and intellectual nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind

- Perceived lack of results

- Failure to access materials

- Personal schedule conflicts

- Inability or unwillingness to complete lessons, readings, or content

- Digital incompatibility with your device

Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, reversals, or chargebacks are permitted.

Chargebacks will be treated as theft of services and pursued legally.

8. Cancelation Policy

You may cancel any subscription-based membership at any time.

Cancelation will stop future charges but does not refund previous payments.
